Health emerges from nutritional, environmental, mental & exercise habits, and no health care system can compensate for a lack of these. Aging populations require new prosthetic & robotic assistance, transplants & wearable sensors. When acute diseases strike, we need diverse sources of supplies such as disinfectants, masks, vaccines. No infectious crisis can be contained for long, so to provide medical supplies faster to hardest hit areas protects everyone. Our exercise for this is more rapid response to natural disasters, such as earthquakes, floods or wind storms, wherever they occur on Earth.
